Why are OSU fans so idiotic?
Good question.
Just look at last year's title game for your explaination.
There is college football outside of Columbus and Ann Arbor, but the "Luckeye Nation" doesn't realize it. They are so enamored with the 3rd sunday in November and the "team from up north" that they only cheer for 2 teams every saturday. OSU and the team playing Michigan. And that's not a bad thing.
I have the *privliage* of living in Columbus, Ohio. After the Michigan game, the fans had a feeling of complete supremecy. No matter who they played, they were going to win by thirty.(Remember there was a toss up at the end for who they were going to play.) No joke, 40% of all "Luckeye Fans" didn't know the starting quarterbacks name for the team they were playing. And some didn't even know who they were playing. Now I know most buckeye fans are not like that, but they did do a great job of making their whole "nation" look bad before and after the Diabacle in the Desert.
But now for why I deserve best answer....
Why are Buckeye fans so idiotic? Just ask Karen Holbrook, the former President of The Ohio State University.
"I went to Ohio State and had no idea there was a culture of rioting," Holbrook told the trustees. "Any good excuse gets some of the people on the street and they think it's fun to flip cars and have absolute drunken orgies."
The former president, classic.

Ohio State was not dominant last year. They won, what, 5-6 games by 6 points or less and required overtime in 2 games. They play in a pretty weak Big 10 conference, sorry but it is. They've had some scholarship limitations over the past few years so that always hurts. @Luke: USC was suppose to keep Bama from repeating last year. A 7-6 season later and they weren't even in the picture. My boys got some help in getting to the NC game last year, but were clearly the best team in the Nation. OSU won't stop us this year. It'll be someone in the SEC. I mean a three-peat is almost impossible.

Please don't tell anyone you're a Bulldog fan... it's an embarrassment to the rest of us! If you don't celebrate when Georgia Tech, Tennessee or Florida loses, then you're no real Bulldog.
I've seen some of your past posts where you've been kinda crappy to other teams, so I can't believe you're trying to sit up on a high horse now.
It's all in the fan experience. Anymore, it's expected and acceptable, especially based on what I've read here from both Ohio State and Michigan fans. I'm not saying be really awful to someone, but a little bit of picking and teasing is not unacceptable.

The Big-Ten is overrated and weak. The SEC is where its at, its the only tough conference in the NCAA. The only reason why Michigan or Ohio State are even ranked is because they have a weak schedule. I mean, we saw what happened in the Championship game last year, when Ohio State actually played a good team. They looked like a high school team. So the Big-Ten is soft.... and GO GATORS!!!!

man you are a cry baby, and stop acting like you're not a Michigan fan, I'm not rubbing it in, but if you watched sports or know anything about sports, Michigan fans rub it in all the time anytime we lose.
I do agree it deosn't look well for the big ten, but everyone is saying about Michigan and nobody is congratulating Appalachian State for a great game. It was a good game the whole way through, not because of the outcome.

Apparently you don't understand what a rivalry is. We don't care how it affects the image of the conference. We always want to see that team lose, and seeing them lose against a POS team is even sweeter.
Maybe you should try being a football fan sometime instead of a really, really bad football analyst. You might have more fun.

You actually think Michigan fans would be supportive of OSU if they had lost today? Gimme a break and join the real world.
