You should prepare a little before the SAT. When I first took the SAT, my score was low in the mid 1700s but then I got the sat guide from TutorFox: http://www.tutorfox.com/satguide.html and my score went up to 2190 (800 math, 760 writing, 630 reading). I highly recommend this guide for anyone wishing to get a higher SAT score.

Yes, I was bored witless most nights of the week because my partner falls asleep around 8.p.m. each evening every evening leaving me totally alone despite my requests for his company. In the end I gave up because he still fell asleep so although it sounds a little sad but I took up a Counselling Diploma course that has taken me so much out of myself, out of my partners sleeping orbit and, if I qualify, into a really lucrative area. Before you dismiss this course out of hand, you don't have to do this just take another course that occupies the brain you obviously have that is crying out for use. Stop thinking about it - go with your gut feeling and go do it - now!

Read a book. Not on the pc. There are too many distractions on the internet.
It is good for the mind. Training for the eyes and carry a dictionary beside you to look up those odd words you don't understand(instead of glossing over them) This will increase your vocabulary, which will make school a breeze.

Yes;
Get an evening job;bar work;washing-up at a restaurant;or study in order to give yourself some direction in life.
I hope you can find the time to do some charitable work in order to benefit those less fortunate than yourself.
