If there is no infection, do not use antibacterial soap.

That goes with everything! You, pets, family, save antibacterials for when there is an infection.

Don't give them a bath. Especially a warm bath.
They change temperature too fast and can die.

Instead, fill up a shallow baking dish or a cat litter pan and let them go in on their own if they want to. Letting them choose bath time and how long they are in there is the best way to keep them healthy and comfortable.

The water should be room temperature, NOT warm!!!

Best thing you can do for them is find out more about the tortoises you have.
What they eat and how much.
What temperatures they like.
What they look like if they are sick.
What their natural habitat looks like and copy it.

Good luck

I keep my 14 inch Sulcata indoors in the winter, and he loves a warm bath. Whenever he hears the water running in the tub, he comes running and bumps into the tub so I'll put him in. If it's too cool, he'll want out right away. If it's in the 90 to 100 degree range, I can't get him out of the tub. He'll stay in there for hours just laying down and soaking. He's a desert animal, so a warm bath won't harm him, if anything, it's good for him. Most species of tortoises love a good soak. During most of the year, he's outdoors. He loves the sprinklers and the garden hose.

You should not give them a warm bath!

Reptiles are cold blooded which means they have no body temp of their own but take on the temp of whats around them. You can easily raise their temperatures too high. There is no need to give them a bath anyway, unless directed by a vet.

What kind of tortoises? I can send you links to care sheets if I know what species we are talking about.
Gopher tortoises? It's illegal to keep them. Here is some care info:
