Every time i play Sid Meire's railroads it keeps crashing. we Have an emachine w3050 with amd sempron 3000, 1.5 gb ram,geforce 7600gs card, and 80gb hard drive, You can play for a little while then the system crashes, also running windows xp. Downloaded the available patches, but to no avail it keeps crashing. Any help would be welcome other than stupid answers..

For better system stability, try a bigger power supply. To check if you have overheating problem try playing w/ PC case open and an electric fan pointed towards video card. If problem stops, you need to improve case airflow.

try updating your direct X and video drivers. This fixes alot of problems in my experience
