Some online games are just for spanish or chinese speakers and the text inside are all the natives word. But how do they input the letters besides using english letters? Do they need some kind of program to do it? I tried using language tool bar but i can only type it on internet explorer or microsoft office and not on a game program application..

There are ways to tell the computer that you use a different language set which makes the keyboard act differently. But thats kinda rough on you since it makes ALL text look different.

You can also use cut-and-paste such as using the charmap program in windows. ¼ ¥ ® were put in using it. go to
Start-> run-> charmap

An old way, which can be faster if you already know what you want to use and you use if often (like a specific character in your user name) is using the ALT key and the numberpad at the right of your keyboard. Such as holding alt then typing 247 then letting up on the alt key put ≈ into this window. There are ascii charts which will tell you what the numbers are to get certain characters.

Not sure if any of these will show up but they did for me. And every online game has its own rules about what it will or will not accept as input.
