how can i get a tank if my dads mad at me?

Not sure what kind of tank you are talking about.

Anyway...

If the reason your not getting the tank is because your dad is mad at you. Then it will take some time for him to get past his feelings. You need to work things out with him. Not because you want a tank, just because its the right thing to do.
