Right now I love Sunday because I work 10.5 hours Saturdays every week. I have always liked Sundays--when I as a child, usually Sunday was the day we all had dinner together and something good was cooked (we didn't have a lot of money so on Sunday we at least had a chicken if not some other meat entree). I love a slow Sunday, sleep in late, get up lazy and hang around in my sleep shirt just doing what I want, not having to do much of anything for a change, eventually putting on enough clothes to go outside decently to just cruise around maybe. Come home and take a nap, wake to the smell of dinner cooking. Ed Sullivan used to come on on Sunday evening too. But, back then, we had school the next day to that was a downer (still loved Sunday, just despised Monday). We'd see my dad on Sunday and have him drive us out to the country (we were city kids who thought any large expanse of greenery was "the country").
