Ok I can beat that.
Star wars 2, Attack of the clones
PADMÉ
There was a very old man who lived on the island. He used to make glass out of sand - and vases and necklaces out of the glass. They were magical.
ANAKIN
(looks into her eyes) Everything here is magical.
I threw up in my mouth a little

Any line with a commonly recognized profanity (rare exception: "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days" where "bull****" fit into a particular scene) which makes the viewer feel it's there to make the movie "cool" and any line which is so overused ("May the Force be with you" from the Star Wars movies) it's become a cliche. True of any film, which is what you seem to be asking rather that the worst line in a particular film.

Pretty much all of the lines from the movie Showgirls. It's a bit difficult to choose the worst one, the movie is absolutely ridiculous, one of the dumbest movies ever made.

Soylent Green is people.
well Duh!
edit.
also the line from Brokeback mountain quoted by my colleague below. Despite his protestations to the contrary the character quite clearly IS a friend of Dorothy.

Jaws: The Revenge. I think it was a made for tv movie. This guy's wife is welding and she is mad about something. He steps into the garage and says "I've always wanted to make love to an angry welder." I dropped my cereal and laughed for an hour.

I hate it when the actor leaving a room always has to have the last word. Like, Hey jessie.........thanks.
I also hate it when actors repeat a line twice. Like, well have to take it one day at a time, one day at a time
GRRRRRR!
