Well, I could wish for a daintier nose, longer eyelashes, fuller lips and a stronger chin but I think I would like smooth, fresh 20 year old skin the most! With or without freckles, thank you!

my nose, i broke it last year and it's still a little wonky on the bridge, people say they can't tell but i can see it's different.
