In quite a large percentage, drugs, both illegal and prescription.
In the sense I think you mean, I think having very high morals, or in this day and age and information at our fingertips, 'evolved' morals with a spiritual inclination.
In the context of a scientific approach, granted relations between two consenting adults is a good start.
I used to read a lot into this nature and nurture business, and concluded that nurture was the most prominent of the two, but it's how you are influenced by the environment, its how you react within to the stimuli, not the actual stimuli, for want of a better metaphor The Matrix films delve very deeply into this, this world is an illusion of sorts, they can even prove it scientifically, its just not got it's way into mainstream circles. To keep soceity in line 'they' have setup through many channels, through many millenia a set of protocals and accepted standards if you adhere to these religiously you are deemed a good law abiding citizen in many eyes, but that does not stop that person mumbling under his breath, being highly judgemental, very opinionated etc
So I would offer this advice, believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see
Be the change you want to see in the world
And do not buy into the crap the newspaper and its derivatives try to sell you and even has the cheek to charge you for it, call the policeman because you have just been robbed...it's slowly chipped away at your natural thinking process and ability

So many things - genetic makeup, environment, upbringing, life experiences, education - it's a big mixture. That's why we're all different!
