In the movie Harry Potter order of the phoenix, Why did Chiyo, the asian girl that like harry tell where the room was? Was it because she was made at him or was she forced?

No she didn't betray him she was forced too because Snape used Veritaserum on her. Veritaserum is a potion that makes you tell the truth. And that is not correct. In the book Cho's freind tells on harry and the DA. They broke up because she couldn't stop crying about Cedric to harry. She felt guilty for being with him because she thinks it is an insult to Cedrics memory.No she didn't betray him it was her friend in the book but they cut it out to save time for other stuff in the movie.

No they forced her to do it by puttin Veritiserium in her mouth which makes her tell the truth about anything they ask her!!So no she didnt betray harry and she wasnt mad at him Malfoy and Dolores did it from snapes potion equipment stuff so.

In the book, her friend (whom I forgot her name) was forced to tell Umbridge.
The same might have happened for Cho in the movie.

and, like everyone before me said, in the book, her best friend told umbridge. the movie was kinda different, though, i don't know if she was forced to or just told them. i don't think anyone knows - you just see her crying cause she told umbridge.
i think they did that in the movie to get cho out of the picture though.
