Yes. For any of us to think that we are the only life in the universes only shows how far we have yet to evolve. The real question would be, will we (Earthbound humans, collectively, over an unknown span of time) evolve in time to accept that there must be other life "out there" before we manage to extinguish life here?

yes, there is. In fact, there is life on a multiverse level. Time is not related to actual physics. There are parallel universes that exist at the same time that we live in.

By "out there", do you mean in outer space and on other planets?
Personally, I don't think so, mainly because I have yet to see compelling evidence of their existence.
But I could be wrong. It's happened before.
