Not unless you want to buy your own domain name. Then you can have whatevernamesyouwant @whateverdomainyouwant.com
But the way you're asking the question, the answer is no.

No. Whatever is to the right of the "@" has to be a registered domain in DNS. Someone has to own and manage it, handling the e-mail associated with it.

Try "my own email", put it in any search and you'll find it. there are examples of many unusual last parts(for free). like beststar or something.
