I stand 5 feet 8 inches, about 120 lbs, but I cannot do heavy weight lifting, like that in a the gym. I'm nearing my 30's too. I have cellulite on my legs and I'm getting a belly. What exercise can I do at home?

you really need to ask your dr. what exercises are appropriate for you with your scoliosis. As for cellulite.... so sorry, nothing gets rid of it so there's no point wasting money on those silly, expensive creams or doing spot exercises that you think will target it. Don't not exercise, just do it for all around good health, not to get rid of cellulite! Good Luck
