There is a slow, mellow version of “Come on Feel the Noise” originally by Slade and Quiet Riot. It is on a Excel Tangerine Freeze Gum commercial in Canada. I believe there is a similar product with a slightly different name in the US, possibly airing the same commercial.

Does anyone know the band used for this version?

I had a look on wikipedia to see who has covered it. The most likely candidate is a band from England, called Twin.
