Aw, those are all lovely!

I think I'd go with Penelope Jane. I really like how the longer first name balances the short last name, and it's my favorite of those listed (though Penelope Faye would work too).

Esther is sweet, especially if you'd call her Stella. ;) Verity is nice, but I'm not loving the Verity Cook combination (just sounds like a really honest chef LOL). And Florence is classic, but I prefer Flora or Fiora. Just personal taste.

You have some great choices there, by the way!

Penelope Jane Cook - pretty, I love the name Jane as a middle name.

Esther Fay Cook - very old fashioned and grandmotherly but I really like it anyway. Part of the trend of old fashioned names becoming popular but without being common.

Florence Eve Cook - I don't care for the nickname, "Flo"... but the name is kinda pretty and retro... very Brady Bunch as well considering Mrs. Brady=Florence Henderson and Jan Brady=Eve Plumb!

Verity April Cook - very different but actually kinda pretty as I read it more. What would her nickname be if any? This one might move up in my book as I ponder it...

Ok, so if I have to pick a favorite... Esther Fay!

These names are unique and unusual, which is a good thing. I like Florence Eve Cook and Esther Faye Cook. Good choices of making some old fashioned classcial and unique!
