If a car rolls gently (Vo=0) off a vertical cliff, how long does it take it to reach 90 Km/h? Please tell me what equations to use for this problem.

the answer on the back of the book says 2.6s... so can someone gimme the equation and a step by step thing on how to solve it.

v= gt+vo as vo =0
t=90,000/(3600*9.8)=2.55 s ( be careful with the physical units)

well acceleration due to gravity (g) = 9.81
so s= 1/2 a t squared
