Currently I have a radeon 9800 pro 128mb video card, although it is very old, I now have line on my screen that appeared there today around the cursur, and if i even try to open up a game my screen goes ballistic, its not the lcd its the video card. What i am wondering is What would be a good card to replace it with, I am also not looking for something very expensive, jist looking for another AGp, not PCI-express

I dont care if its ATI or Nvidia, I would jjust like to know what i should buy, please help

Your 9800 Pro was a good card in its days. 380mhz core, 256bits and 20+GB/s memory. A good upgrade would be 7900GS AGP or ATI X1950 Pro AGP. Anything less would not give significant improvement over your strong 9800 pro.

unusual image. besides the fact that all AGP taking section in enjoying cards and slots are compatable. in the journey that your slot is of a slower speed than your card it is going to truly throttle suitable right down to the slot speed. i think of of that your slot is a slower slot and the cardboard has one extra effective piece, besides the fact that it is going to besides the fact that paintings.

only ati releaseed agp versions, their hard to come by though - that why i upgraded to pci-e..
