Where can I find expressions and idioms like:

Since you're so hot on the trigger, blah blah blah (my friend used this when he's having fights over msn)

You're the herd of these sheep.

I can't find any idioms like this? So I have no idea what it means...

You can try a book like 'An Asperger Dictionary of Everyday Expressions' edited by Ian Stuart-Hamilton (ISBN:1843105187), it has a lot of common phrases in it.
(Asperger Syndrome is a form of high functioning autism where people take things literally - so idiom is often a strange thing for people that have it)
