A rule of thumb. Work hard, put in the long hours. Be productive. Believe me your boss will notice. Give it a little time and you will probably get a rise without asking. In the mean time check new job opportunities. With a strong job prospect in hand you can ask for an increase in salary that is commensurate with your production from a power position. Good luck!

well depends if it was a one time thing, like brung in double one week then i think she deserves a bonus maybe not a raise, but if she continues to bring in double that causes for a raise, i mean why sit there and work harder and get payed the same for taking it a little slow

If her work and production are consistently above average, she should ask for a raise.
