I was wondering if Klein tools were exchangeable.?

I have been told that they are, my interest is in the area of linemans pliers that have chipped on the cutting surface. If so, where and who do i see or contact?

You should be able to exchange them at the store in which they were bought.

If you are not near the store, return them to a dealer in your area, and they will have them exchanged for you.
