I have the FLEER complete box set from 1988 (missing Mark McGwire rookie card).

Don Mattingly, Cal Ripken Jr., Jose Canseco, Barry Bonds, Darryl Strawberry, Edgar Martinez, Ken Griffey Sr., Bill Ripken, and Roger Clemens are some of the players.

People keep telling me they aren't worth much. It's the ALMOST complete set.

Nostalgia! For those of us that grew up loving those cards, there is no price, cause we'd never sell them! I made my set by buying packs and trading! Being a kid was awesome!

Actual value, about 8 bucks.

The late 80s (roughly 1987-92) were an age of SERIOUS overproduction. Even the star players in the 1988 Fleer set are worth maybe a buck; the full set, maybe $20 on a good and happy day.

The McGwire card wouldn't make much difference.

The complete set is worth $6. The McGwire card alone is worth $1, so minus that the set is worth about $5.

btw, the most valuable card in that set is the Edgar Martinez Rookie, at $2.

If a set is missing one card, it is not a complete set.
