I'm thinking of buying this hard drive for my motherboard, I need a computer builder to let me know if it would work.

Yes it will work. Alternatively the Motherboard you are buying has SATA connectors so you could always buy a SATA Hard disk instead which are usually the smae speed if not faster. The real benefit is the cable for a SATA drive takes up less space inside your case so creates less clutter.

I cant see you having any problems with it working on that board, but 80gb is quite small and it won't take long for you to fill it i would recomend getting a 300gb drive instead they are quite cheap now. Good luck mate.

It will work but I suggest you go with an SATA 150 hard drive like one of these-they're faster.
