like a few days ago, it was at night, suddenly all of the electricity power in my house and neighborhood, it all turned off..
the whole house turned black, all of the electricity was OFF
why was this happening, it was on Wednesday and Thursday night.
its not my fault, because it also happened in our neighborhood, so how can i prevent this..

You can't. It wasn't just your house so it wasn't your fault..

You can't. There is such a concept as the Law of Large Numbers, which means one individual by itself accounts for nothing, but a sampling of a great many gives a more accurate picture. What this means is that even if you turn off your main breaker and sit in the dark, there will still be blackouts because 50,000 other people have all their lights on, their air conditioners running full tilt, the washer and dryer running, three computers on, two TV sets, the dishwasher...

So NOTHING you can do will make a bit of difference.

i have 4 marine deep cycle batteries in my garage with a 3000 watt power inverter
with a inexpensive solar panal battery charger hooked up
and ran a 100 ft extention cord to the house
i keep all my hope the electric never goes out stuff plugged into this line
i save about 20 bucks a month using this and if the power does go out i still have juice

or buy one of those generators

You can't prevent a power outage. You can buy your own backup generator. They range in all sizes and prices. Some run on gasoline, some can be piped into the gas lines, some LP gas.
