ummm lol okay im 18, senior and my school is very strict on dances and we cant 'freak dance' or whatever ppl call it now - basically the whole bump n grind concept, guys picking up girls, girls grindin on guys, etc. you get the idea. but we goto a private all girls catholic school so yeah..but whenever i go to dances or mixers at other schools they dont really care as much and we just dance how we want. granted, my school is like 80 percent white so when the girls at my school dance its kind of like just moving around on a guy not really freak dancing but us black girls and the couple of hispanic and asian girls at my school really know what to do..lol
so anyway - should the schools be able to tell us how to dance? isnt that just another kind of censorship?

don't go ! - I don't know how times have changed but when I was at school to actually attend any sort of event organised by the school would have been the height of 'uncool'

concept i could throw my hat in the hoop by asserting, the reason they spend plenty on plastic surgery is the docs fee way too plenty, and that they does not desire plastic surgery if society wasn't so judgmental on how people seem. We as a society have created this difficulty alongside with many others, and once you communicate approximately how plenty you have given and boast approximately it, you have purely have been given your reward as Christianity teaches, so no i does not shop on with on your footsteps, that is sin in accordance to the Bible. On a fact experience i will tell if the rich or nicely to do helped the undesirable and needy, we'd all purely be mediocre, and that's purely like communism, something i'm to not mad approximately, yet wait you probably did not say the undesirable could could desire to artwork we'd purely supply it to them and help them out. i think of we already do this, its referred to as social counsel and our taxes cover that fee alongside with generating jobs for social workers. So we are already giving to the undesirable, we purely at the instant are not boasting relating to the solid we are doing. genuine charity comes from the midsection and isn't measured by the media and what others think of, that is achieved in secret so which you do not humiliate the needy or crown the giver.

wow well all of the schools I go to is like 90 percent hispanic and black and theyre doing that stuff all the time. It depends obivoulsy on the schools , they dont want you doing it because its too sexual and they want it clean but its not really right either for them to tell you how to dance and it is censorship but think of freshman your teaching these dances to.

If you're young enough to still be in school and you're at a school function, I can completely understand why they would make that a "rule".
Deal with these rules til you're old enough to make these type of decisions.... as to whether you really wanna do something like that in public. If so, have it.... when you're old enough.
Have fun while you're still young and don't sweat the small stuff. :)

i think if u were at a club you can dance however u want.....but at a school they try to censor it because it promotes sex...
i work at a school and when i was young i thought that they were just trying to control us.... but really there not just try to learn diff ways to dance....
