Damn Small Linux, Xubuntu, or Puppy Linux would be a good bet.

Damn Small Linux will run on almost anything. Xubuntu will run fine on 128 MB of RAM, and probably even 64 MB. Puppy Linux "requires" 128 MB of RAM, because it runs from a LiveCD.

Avoid *buntu (way too bloated) and Damn Small Linux is too spartan (Damn Small Linux-Not ameliorates this somewhat). I'd personally recommend Knoppix 3.9 (maybe KanotiX), eLive, Puppy, TeenPup and XPuppyPro. Perhaps a Slax variant such as KillBill.
