Okay, if the QUARTERBACK has over 1,000 yards in rushing, that is not a good thing. That means that he can't throw, his receivers can't catch, the O-Line can't block, or a combination of the three. I think he's a bust, it amazes me when people say "he's the most exciting player in the NFL", I didn't know that not making the playoffs was exciting. He had one of, if not, the worst passer rating and completion percentage of all the quarterbacks. Wasn't he supposed to revolutionize the quarterback position? Sure he could run, but he needed to put up at least average numbers with his arm to balance out what he could do with his feet. He was so over-hyped and overrated and he couldn't live up the the most minimal of the expectations.
I know that dog fighting is horrible and disgusting, but you can't really figure that in whether or not he's a bust. It doesn't help, in fact he's basically thrown his career away, but if he had been a bit more successful, like at least going to the playoffs every year, putting up decent number, then we found out about the dog fighting, then you couldn't really call him a bust.
To add to your list, Doc_Strange, the number is 5 first overall picks. You forgot Keyshawn Johnson, he won a Super Bowl with Tampa Bay, but that's still less than 75%.
That's my 2 for 2.

To call accomplishments mediocre or declare that he is a bust is rediculous due to the fact that he has done what NO other quarterback has or probably ever will do which is to rush for over 1,000 yards. Also, Vick did this on the professional level which is unbelievable. I dont watch football for the actions that athletes take off the field, I watch it for what they do on the field. Football is a form of entertainment and we should look at it as just that..entertainment. And to address what you said I cannot remember the last time a player was picked first and also in some point in time won the super-bowl.

Michael Vick was one of the most overrated players in college football history and he proved it by being a terrible pro football player. He not only was a pathetic leader on the field but he has proven that he cannot act like decent human being off the football field.

Yes, I agree.
Don't forget to add onto his failures as a role-model and as a human being. Also his stupidity in thinking that HE was above the law, and that somehow he as a "football hero" is entitled to whatever perverse behavior his wishes to engage in.
Amusing to read that he ADMITS to organizing the group, and the events, AND to killing under-performing dogs. YET he denies EVER betting on the fights or receiving any monies. His ONLY concern there was the NFL's rules on betting.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell: "Your plea agreement and the plea agreements of your co-defendants also demonstrate your significant involvement in illegal gambling.
I applaud the NFL, Nike, et. al. who suspended their business with him, and I HOPE that the NFL NEVER lifts his suspension.

That's quite a dichotomy (between 25% and "MOST") I'll take my late round picks like Joe Montana and Tom Brady, thank you very much.
In the football world, yes he's a bust....especially after signing that huge contract.
