Head on, Head on, Head on, (A chorus is screaming in the background) then this guy says I hate your commercials but I love your product. So I can only assume the commercial was making an extra effort to be obnoxious.

You are lucky it is only once a month. However, it seems to work because you know the name of the product and what it is used for. So the commercial is getting its message across.
I don't have a specific commercial, We live in Vegas and they have so many lawyer and car commercials over and over. The "Duh" commercial for Hyundai is really irritating.
