it's the law of the universe that governs life as well, nothing is ever permanent, and that also includes whatever we come to consider as a "good" thing, however this should not be an issue anymore once acknowledged and embraced as just part of the nature of things, what the real issue is us not wanting things to change,or to end if you will, specially when they're going well, and that is just part of an illusion that we almost seem, not to be able to survive without it, the paradox however is that we don't really fully live until we make peace with this illusion that brings us pain by just letting go of it.

If good things kept going on and on forever, we wouldnt learn to appreciate when something else thats good comes along b/c we wouldnt feel pain.
