I thought Jurassic Park movies did a great job. The dinosaurs in King Kong were great too! The Discovery Channels "Walking with Dinosaurs" was good, but it was more for education and not focused on the special effects. The were obviously more animatronic. ;)

Jurassic Park.
The BBC tv series 'Walking With Dinosaurs' had excellent CGI, but the animatronic close ups were shockingly bad.

In movies, deffinitely Jurassic Park, the t-rex is spectacular and very realistic.

In TV i think Dinosaurs, the tv series wiyh Earls Sinclair, and Fran, the baby, Robbie and Charleen, it´s very funny and the human stetic of the dinosaurs is very impressive.

They seem to get more and more realistic with each and every new one made. It's because technology is constantly improving. Kind of frightening how real everything is. I imagine one day you won't be able to tell the difference between what's real and what's not at this rate.

He was one of the instructors in our class, but he sucked. He said, "*** looks like a dinosaur." He was kind of right... real goofy looking neck flowing into real goofy looking face.I have not seen any person who look like a dinosaur.
