And she doesn't know where the cd for it is.

I do need the cd to get music onto it, because I'm using a Windows ME.

Is there anywhere I can get this cd, download the driver, anything?

You can use your mp3 player with out the installation CD or drivers if you have windows xp (service pack 2) and windows media player 11 it will work fine after it's charged.

See if the company has a website. It may have the software you need or you maybe be able to order it. If you don't see it on the site look for a customer service number and give them a call.
