I'm female and I have the same problem, but I have no solution. I've just been using my hands to exercise that leg more. Since most of the body is not equal one side to the other (like one ear can be longer or set lower than the other, and both sides of the face are not the same, so it is with other parts of the body), I'm thinking that maybe just how we wear our clothes or the colors we wear could minimize when exercise can't. The other girl had a great idea...ask a trainer. I figure one side just isn't getting the same exercise as the other or is using or is able to use all the same muscles that the other leg can.
