a long long time ago. i havent said yes since, except for prescription drugs which i really need. my brain produces its own drugs. id say yes to lsd again if i was sure it was pure stuff, and there are a couple other things i wouldnt mind trying; but in general, ive never been too eager to use drugs, not even alchohol, and certainly not tobacco.

They've never been offered to me, with the exception of prescription drugs that the doctor told me to take. So I've never really had to say no.
