Spoon. How could you pick up liquid w/ a fork or knife or that. You can pick up almost everything w/ a spoon :)

Since you specifically say eat with, I'll take a nice shiny silver spoon. It can pick up foods of any consistency. And for larger things like steaks and other meat, I'd use my hands.

But, if I had to do food prep, I'd take the knife instead.

A knife since fingers can be used instead of the other utensils. It is pretty hard to tear tough meat. And a knife can be used for other cutting purposes too.

knife. u can slice and dice and still pick up food with it so that rules out a fork. who needs a spoon anyway i can sip the soup out of my bowl.
