I have heard of a tilted uterus but not a tilted cervix. I too had a tilted uterous and my gyn. advised certain position so the sperm would not just run out. After withdrawl I had to do like a bicycle exercise up in the air so the sperm would really travel and not run out. Also he told me not to try every day, only evry 2nd. or 3rd. day to make sure the sperm was very concentrated. Ended up with 2 beautiful children, both professionals in their 30s. GOOD LUCK!

I have a tilted cervix, it leans toward my back. In my experience I am highly susceptible to get pregnant. I am 37 and have been pregnant 5 times. The reason for this is that since mine tilts towards my back, after intercourse, I lay flat on my back...which gives the semen an extra gravity pull straight to my uterus. Just out of curiosity, which way does yours tilt? The only issue that I have ever had it that when a man is "large", intercourse hurts since the edges of the cervix stick out slightly. Granted I am only one woman but in my experience...lay on your back after intercourse...it will do the trick every time! Also, get yourself an ovulation kit...it will help determine when you ovulated and you will know the perfect time to conceive. Good luck to you and I wish you all the best!
