That can be a good and a bad thing sometimes going with your instinct could save you a world of grief. I was sure that if I got married to my second wife it would all end in tears and I was proved right she cheated and we divorced so sometimes it is good to act on them.

yes it is best to ignore our instincts at times,because we are not perfect and we can make errors in our decisions sometimes as well.we can be lead astray from happiness and also horrible stuff.it is all apart of the learning curb of existence.good and evil reflections on our path.
