When child(ren) misbehaves in public and the parent(s) does absolutely nothing at all, should it be ok to spank the kid(s) and smack the parent(s)?

Parents who don't disipline their kids and let them get away with everything should not be parents at all!

Sometimes its better to ignore the children in public then try to stop it .. Althoughthere are some people who them AND their children should be beaten

Um, no. Because they're not your kids! You could ask them to shut up though...
