Your doctor can prescribe Zofran while pregnant to help with this.

ok- everyone is going to say try ginger, vitamin b-6, peppermints, eating crackers, put food at your bedside, drink flat soda, eat salty foods blah, blah, blah. Nothing worked for me- if you are REALLY sick, to the point of dehydration, ask your doctor for phenagryan. It works wonders! It is hard because it makes you tired and a little difficult to care for the other kids but I was so sick before the medicine this is actually better. So if the natural methods don't work, try phenegryn.

My SIL drinks flat ginger ale (I never had morning sickness, just the occasional fleeting nausea). That seems to have helped. They also had to put her on an anti-nausea medication because she was throwing up her epilepsy medication. You may want to ask about that as well. Eat saltines, graham crackers, plain bagels, toast, etc. Hopefully that will help settle your stomach.

try and eat little and often, even try a cracker before you get out of bed, and eat them all day inbetween meals, you could also try ginger rubbed on your pillow, or some people use these sickness travel bands used by sailors.

Eat saltine crackers, bananas and only bland things. Don't eat greasy foods just stick to fresh fruits and vegetables.

What to do: Throw up. Then eat some saltines and Seven-Up. It won't last long!

The fatigue will probably last longer, I'm betting.
