To give a thumbs up or down you have to be on level 2 and up. However you will be limited in how many thumbs up or thumbs down you can give until you reach level 5. But first you must reach level 2 to give thumbs up or thumbs down. Now if you mean how do i rate answers on a scale of 1-10 I will say about a 6.5-7.0. This site used to be rated higher in my opinion but a lot of stuff has happened on here to change my rating score.

Get 250 points and be on Level 2.. Answer more questions (+2 points), ask less (save 5!), and try to get a lot of Best Answers(+10 each)! ;O)

you Must be in , at least, level 2.
