My sister has a Toshiba Satellite Notebook PC (A135-S4677). When she tries to connect to the internet a message pops up saying "Your wireless capability is turned off. You must turn on with a swich in the side of the laptop or with any code control" Does anybody know how to fix this??

This is very common. There is a tiny switch on the side (sometimes on the front where you can bump it) that turns the wireless on/off. I call it an idiot switch, because I always feel like an idiot when I forget it.
