try listening to some good music. but not sad or slow ones because that will just make you cry more.
if that doesn't work then try sleeping.
if that doesn't work then eat.
if that doesn't work just try just to get your mind cleared up.

cheer up! :DDD

There really is no way to stop crying, all you do at the moment when you want to stop crying is hold back them tears and store them inside your heart and then you'll have backed-up tears that some day you would like to release, but the more you hold back your tears the harder it is going to be for you, so I would reconmend for you to just open up and get it over with, you'll feel so much better and relaxed. Just don't be afraid to cry, your family is right there for you and if I could I would be there for you too. So take advantage of the fact that you have people that are willing and wanting to support you emotionally, because some people don't have that.

Cry as much as you can stand, you need to release the tension you've been holding up inside. When you are ready start taking deep breaths, sit with your knees bent and your head resting on your knees. Begin to count slowly backwards from 10 to 1, repeating this process until you feel your body calm down. Stay this way until you can feel the lump in your throat lessening. Stay positive.

Well...it all begins with why you are crying and if you can talk to someone about it. For one thing it will help you shoulder the load you have right now...just talking to someone should make you feel better about it and they could help you problem solve. However, if you are crying because of a lost love, that heart wrenching pain will only go away with time but talking to someone will also help.
Take care and share your pain...your not meant to shoulder it alone.

I'm sorry your heart is so sad. Go outside for a little while, and get some fresh air. Go for a walk, talk to a friend.

God Bless You, Sweetheart.

Try to take deep breaths, keep looking at the Q&A's in here there's always some that will make you laugh or at least smile.
Are you OK???

Hold your breath for 10 seconds, and do some short breaths. It sounds like you might be hyperventilating and that's not healthy.

Go fall into your pillow, most people can't here you like that.

But really, check your pulse, i'll betcha it's raceing. You do need to calm down or you could like, faint or something. Try to hold your breath for a few seconds.

I hide under my blankets too, dark is nice

Oh, and curl up in a ball, idk y, but the preasure helps too

Why are you crying in the first place? Just force yourself to stop if you don't want to cry.
