Could someone please kindly help me?
Im 25 years old and Caucasion. My husband is 27 and Latino. Are there more risks with having a baby if it is interracial?
Also how can I prepare for pregnancy? I am so scared that I am not oging ot have a healthy child. I used to work in the health cre field and you see so much wrong. I just want to do everything possible to help have a healthy child and a healthy pregnancy. Any tips or advice? We plan to start trying maybe this December. Thanks! There are no more risks based upon interracial children. My suggestions? If you are on the pill you should go off it now and use other forms of birthcontrol until you are ready to conceive. Go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins and a folic acid supplment. If you don't eat healthy START. You should also get plenty of exercise, walking is great especially when you are pregnant so start now if you don't already. If you smoke, stop now. If your husband smokes ask him to quit. Make your home a no smoking zone to everyone who comes over. Nothing wrong with having a drink now and again, but limited and once you are pregnant NEVER!

Once the child arrives, if you can breastfeed him/her, you will never regret it!

Now, stop stressing about it. A great source for child development is Dr. Sears. I'd recommend purchasing his books. Also, take your concerns to your OB/GYN and start shopping for a good pediatrician.

I have no idea the solutions to the primary facet. Those are questions that you simply ought to ask your healthcare professional. But I am certain that there's not anything to fear approximately. To have a healthful being pregnant take prenatals, folic acid, quit any dangerous conduct you will have. Good success in January I wish you get pregnant the primary month you take a look at!

Start taking prenatal vitamins, no smoking, no getting drunk, exercise, and keep a healthy diet.

I dont think interracial babys have any problems. But be sure to talk to your doctor if there are any hereditary diseases in either one of your families.

Good luck and Baby dust!! I hope you get your miracle soon!!
