If you have an IT support person/team at work, go to them.

Many companies "back up" all work if you are on a network.

Also, an IT person may have software that will recover deleted files. Most times, it's not all recoverable depending if data has been written to that section of the hard drive where the file once was, but they may be able to recover some/most of it for you.

Have your IT check, it should be backed up periodically so hopefully most if not all should be stored somewhere. Finally if it is really critical data there are companies that specialize in data recovery. It's possible to recover data even if sectors have been overwritten, damaged media from head crashes, etc.

If it was on the hardrive it should be still in the reycling bin. If there is an I.T technichan at work then ask them.

if its in the recycle bin then you can recover it from there.
