Just wondering if anyone has heard of any Universities that offer Postgraduate work in Terrorism or Homeland Security. I know that the US Naval Postgrad school offers a program, just curious if there are any others.

Are you more interested in policymaking or working in the field such as a special agent or a technical personnel? For policy, schools that offer international relations or similar programs may have security as a concentration. But I know that Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, and George Washington have security studies programs.

For technical side of security studies, there are programs that are interdisciplinary where you get to learn about satellite technology, computer networks, and remote sensing, among other things. See the link below for a list. But I think these programs are too patchy. You may be better off just concentrating on one area such as electrical engineering.

If you have a certain position in mind such as working for the FBI, you may want to find out their requirements first because security studies may not be the best option.

Check out the link below and search under "Military and Defense Studies". If you can afford it, you may also want to look at schools in UK because there are far more programs there.

I would look at places like Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University, which have long been known for International Relations.

You could study terrorism within the context of international relations at many schools.
