If you drove it a lot, probably. You may want to get a mechanic check it out. A lot of places do free brake inspections. Get a few opinions so you don't get ripped off.

Perhaps your emergency brakes were not in their best condition when you drove off. If they were holding well, you would have noticed the heaviness on the gas pedal and also picked up some burning smell along the way. I would presume they were loose, and no other damage has been incurred.

Best bet would be to take it to the workshop and let them check the brakes. If the brakes are slack and no other damage has been caused (which is most probable) then only adjustment should do. Worst case, you would need to replace the pads/shoes which is not a big deal.

Good luck and take care to release the emergency brakes next time you drive off. (Put a sticker on your dash as a reminder)

If you have a car that can be driven with emergency brake on, you have definitely ruined them. Not only the brakes will be fried, but the rear wheel bearings and seals may also be ruined from the heat.
If you drove away and did not realize the brake was on, they probably didn't work anyway.

i do no longer think of i could want the two. to need to be forgiven one can have had to have carried out something incorrect. i could desire that i does not could desire to ever do something so incorrect as to could desire to plead for forgiveness. One could desire to be waiting to ask for forgiveness and that's the tip of the subject. As for wanting to be forgotten, does everyone EVER want to be forgotten?
