i dont have limewire or any programs like that but is there a FREE website or something that i can burn cds on????

Hey! Something wrong with your question .But dont worry i know what you are looking for. You are looking for some websites where you can get some Free songs which you can then burn on a CD. Yes you can do that. Here are few links for you.

Yes. Not a website but a program.
Download iTunes:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/
Then when in iTunes:
Get the songs you want into the library. You can use your own Cds, download songs, or buy them from iTunes.
Then go to file. Hit create new playlist. Title the playlist. Then drag the songs you want on the CD to the playlist. Click on the playlist and insert the blank CD. Then hit burn Cd at the top right hand corner and the computer may tell you when to hit it agian.

Your question is vague.
You can save files on a website, if that website is yours or if the "target" website allows uploads, but you cannot "burn a CD" on a website!
Please clarify what you need!
