Im not emo first off, since i know thats all some people will reply with which is stupid. But does anyone know any songs relating to someone dying that is about death in genereal or suicide? I always seem to see the same answers like hurt by rem or nine inch nails songs. Im talking about less famous and mainstream songs. Some of these are popular and others are not but i love mad world by gary jules,in loving memory by alter bridge, iris by the goo goo dolls, hello im in delaware by dallas green, rooftops by mellisa mcceland, say waht you will by damnhait doyle, goodnight by dry kill logic, kind of perfect by armor for sleep, disarm by the smashing pumpkins. Some arent even related to death but some are, so basically like the slow vibe with sad sounding background. It would really mean a lot, even though not known songs would be the best. Thank you for anyone that replies

Most of these songs are about death in general, but the last four seem to have the strongest ties to suicide in the list, I think...

"Birdcage"-the Wallflowers
"The Freshmen"-the Verve Pipe
"Everything You Want"-Vertical Horizon
"November Rain"-Guns N' Roses
"Tears in Heaven"-Eric Clapton
"Hold On"-Good Charlotte
"Jumper"-Third Eye Blind
"One by One"-the Calling
"Jeremy"-Pearl Jam

'under your thumb'..godley and creme..'army dreamers' Kate bush..'stop the cavalry' jona Lewie...'the watch' Matthews southern comfort....you should try 'the watch'..it tells the story of a guy asking death to come quick and all the while he can here a watch ticking some where!.. also all through the song there is some one weeping in the background...very odd!
