I used the AZO test strips and seem to have a yeast infection, but I'm lost on what to buy to heal the infection. Any suggestions??

Any over the counter vaginal anti-fungal cream, like Monistat, or Vagisil, will work in treating a yeast infection. You can also pick up some yogurt and it will help the infection go away more quickly.

You can buy gentian violet lotion which is very effective for yeast infection but stain the the skin and lining

You can use medicated douches for 7 days. They really work. If it doesn't go away with that, it must be something more, and I would suggest seeing your doctor.
