Why are there so few asian celebrities in America?

I would guess that it's simply because there's a smaller minority of asians living in America than compared to caucasians.

But many asian celebrities couldn't speak English language well, such as Jet Li. They struggle acting in English language movies. Language is a huge barrier IMO.

there are actually more than a we hear about. they are simply to short to be noticed in all the photos we are bombarded with. if you look close at the bottom of some pics you can only see the tops of their heads, as the photographer was shooting the the taller entertainer in the main body of the pic.
