Not really. Sure, you could set something up, but as she gets older she will have no problem getting around it.

Set yourself up as administrator.
From Internet Explorer:
Tools
Internet Options
Review the Privacy, Security, and Content tabs.
Under Content, click "enable"
You can set limitations and secure them with a password.
What you can't secure is what she get into at a friend's house. Unfortunately, not all parents keep a lid on what their children are into. Sadly, it is easy to find smut if you're looking for it, and unfortunately can be found accidentally when the malcontents give their websites an innocent-sounding name.
I hope you have a good relationship with your children. Have a good talk with them.

there is no like that software you talked about so you must protect her by your self:
1- you must tell your daugter the rules that she can"t enter any website .
2-she must not open the unknwon messages.
3- you must let her connect ( enter the enternet) 1 or 1.30 hour aday after doing her homework and study.
4- if you want to make shure that she is not doing smoething wrong you can checke the histrory or know her e-mail and the password but do not let her know about this becuase she will never trust you again .

There is Cox Security Suite that allows you to put on parental control on levels, depending on how old your child is. You can have total blockage, or no-block, with levels in between.
